SECTION 1 - SHIPPING OPTIONS
- If you have purchased a Monthly Box Subscription, the box will be shipped to you at the end of the month.
- If you have purchased an Express Box, then you are eligible for next working day shipment.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY
The boxes are delivered to the address specified in the Shipping Address during purchase. It is buyer's responsibility to ensure the correctness of the address.
With every shipped box, we will provide a link to track your box to make sure it arrives safely to the provided address.
Belgium: Beer Family uses Bpost services to deliver the boxes to your home or a selected delivery point.
International: For other countries, the delivery service to your home is provided by DPD to make sure you get your box!
In case that you do not receive your box seven days after you received a confirmation email, please contact us at info@beerfamily.eu.
SECTION 4 - EXTRA DUTIES AND TAXES
All required Belgian customs duties are paid. It is possible that additional customs duties for importing the product into another country may be requested by the local authorities from the buyer upon delivery. The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable local duty or taxes in that country.
*UNITED KINGDOM AND UNITED STATES:
Since these are shipments outside of the European Union there may be additional costs (custom duty, excise duty, VAT, etc.) to be paid. The buyer is responsible for any of these or other additional costs that may occur. If there are problems with the shipment delivery or customs control, the seller will not be held responsible for any issues.
